Project Deposits
Project deposits (Starter, Growth, Premium) reserve our time on your project calendar.
- Within 3 days of purchase and before design work has begun: full refund.
- After design work has begun: deposit is non-refundable, as the time has already been allocated to your project.
- If we are unable to complete your project for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Final Balance Payments
Final balance payments made before launch are non-refundable once your site has been delivered and approved for launch.
Website Care Plan
The Website Care Plan is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. We do not issue refunds for partial months already in progress.
How to Request a Refund
Email Tahirahcreativeco@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
