Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work

Each website package (Starter, Growth, Premium) includes the deliverables listed on our Services page. Anything beyond the listed scope is considered additional work and will be quoted separately before any extra work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Projects are reserved with a deposit (Starter $250, Growth $500, Premium 50%). The remaining balance is due before the website is launched to your live domain. Recurring services like the Website Care Plan are billed monthly via Stripe and may be canceled at any time.

3. Revisions

Each package includes up to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour.

4. Timeline

Typical projects launch within 2–4 weeks after we receive your completed questionnaire, content, and brand assets. Delays caused by missing client content may extend this timeline.

5. Ownership

Upon final payment, you own the final website design and content you provided. Tahirah Creative Co. retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, content, and timely feedback. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos, logos, or written content you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tahirah Creative Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
